We have purchased Godrej 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC on 10.04.2022 through Amazon. The AC got faulty within 6 month of time. We lodge a complain on 8th Sept 2022 their ASP from Metro AC came and checked and told us "The PCB is faulty and their are much complain in this model for PCB getting faulty. we would be forwarding the PCB replacement request with Godrej and will replace once received."
We were chasing with them for 15 days and then he told us the PCB is not available with Godrej. We called customer care and spoke and requested multiple time for replacement. Finally on 10th Oct 2022 we got their service manager contact detail and spoke to Mr. Yogesh who informed us that we dont have PCB available and their are huge shortage of it. Once received by Godrej it will be replaced. When asked for particular time period he said not sure 15 days to 1 month but will inform soon.
We are really upset with this and dont expect this kind of service from a reputed company like Godrej. Was this information helpful? |
