Dear Team,
I am writing to raise an urgent and serious complaint regarding the Godrej 2 Ton 3 Star 5-in-1 Convertible Inverter Split AC (Model: AC 2T EI 24INV3R32-WWA, BOBN3TQ2N6), purchased via Amazon on 2nd May 2024.
On 13 May 2025, the AC unit exploded while in use(In warrenty). This unexpected blast led to intense sparking, smoke, and a near fire situation inside my home. The incident caused severe panic, posed danger to my family’s safety, and risked damage to property.
I have received no response or support from Godrej to date. I am extremely disappointed by this silence, especially considering the serious safety hazard involved still waiting for response
My Request:
Full refund or replacement of the faulty unit
Compensation for the my damages
