Godrej Properties Godrej Forest Grove Mamurdi — Refund taking long time

I have booked a flat in godrej forest grove mamurdi project in jan 2020.. The agent who has given me all false information about the project. They just highlighted garden but due to huge number of flats getting oppurtunity to use these overcrowded garden will be impossible and i have been told that if i find any problem i can cancel before registration. And covid has increased more problem of funds availability. But till date I have not received my refund and relationship manager said that the deposit amount will be forfeited if i cancel. How can i get my refund. Thanks
