Godrez — Complaint regarding Central appliances service center of kanpur and godrez call center

Hi, I have a Godrez refrigerator Model RF1. Last year i lodged a complaint in godrez, that time my compressor wasn't working and then i gave the total amount of approx 5000 including all the repair charges + parts. The date was 05/06/2013, Service center provides 1 year guaranty on compressor which was preety cool. At present we felt the problem again regarding our refrigerator From 20th may onwards, Cooling was again very low Ice wasn't formed As my compressor was on guaranty period i called them on 04/06/2014 on the same toll free number which i had called on 2013 the call was about 06:00 minutes and i discussed my problems with the CCE. He also gave me the central appliances service center guys number, I also called him and lodged my complaint verbally to him also and i thought my complaint was register but the technician from central appliance didn't came on 05/06/2014 so i called in central appliance to check when their technician is going to come So they told me there is no complaint registered and nothing as such forwarded to them So i called the call center again and discuss the issue they told me that the complaint is not registered yet and the guy immediately lodged my complaint. On 06/06/2014 The technician from Central appliance reached to my home but my guaranty period was over by just 1 day and now they are demanding full money which is totally wrong this should be done free of cost as this is not my mistake.the overall mistake is done by the Call center and then from the service center as they are just waiting for the guaranty period to get over This is not fair at all So please take my complaint seriously and I will not pay a penny on the repair and other things and it should be done free of cost.
