Goel Ganga Development — Failure to provide covered car park & use of sub-standard quality materials in ganga estoria project at undri, pune.

I am a owner of apartment. No.A/601 in Gang Estoria. As I stay at Mumbai & am not able to visit Pune often, so I have been complaining about non allotment of covered car park & other issues of substandard fittings, for more than one & a half years, as things are not as per written allotment made by you . I have made several phone calls to Mr.Palkar, Mr.Atul & Mr.Kulkarni . I have also met them personally a number of times. I have also met Mr.Ranpise a number of times at Estoria long back & contacted him on phone several times. All have promised to look into the matter & resolve the issues, but all their promises were.are false. I also have number of mails written to your vp, but there is no seriousness in solving any issues. I have met Mr.Ranpise on 01.12.2015, but there is no reply/response from him till today nor any problems solved. I once again request you that if my issues are not solved immediately, then I will have no option but to approach the consumer forums meant for rights of consumer which you please note. I am also trying to unite other unsatisfied customers so we all can get justice by approaching the consumer forums together,
