Goetc Car Cleaning Service — Car cleaning service not started after 1800/- paid. No refund also issued yet.

I had paid Rs 1800/- for car cleaning services by GOETC cleaning service on apnacomplex app. I paid the amount through online mode on 05 Aug 24.
The customer care executive mentioned that they will refund the amount as they are unable to start the service.
However i have not yet received any refund as on date.
They have collected such amounts from around 1000s of people in various cities and running a huge scam.

Kindly initiate action against the owner.
