This is a new fraud practice in the market to loot money from people. GOETC has website https://www.goetc.in, I have applied for daily car cleaning from them with 12 months subscription. They kept changing the service dates by sending a message that the service is been rescheduled. And I tried calling many times, and one day they responded by saying they can initiate refund and told with 7 to 10 days the refund will be processed. Till date the refund is not processed not they don't attend calls and they blocked my no. and no one responds. And when we call on thier online customer care no., it just goes through IVR options and when we select they still don't respond since they know I am calling. When I tried with other new number, they responded and said my voice is breaking and when recalled no one responds". kindly look into this matter and take action on these fradulent companies and employees.
