I booked a flight, Departure flight - Mumbai to Kolkata, Date: 19th Aug 22.
Add-ons: BOM-CCU, G8-511 (Seats: 29C)
Total Amount Paid: INR 6283.00

Reason of Cancellation as mentioned : Ticket Directly Cancelled with Airline (for traveller: Arvind Swamy)
Airline verified again and then mailed me with an applicable refund of INR 1680.00
I booked the ticket at 10:29pm 16th August, 2022.
It got cancelled at 10:35pm 16th August, 2022.
I paid INR 6283.00 while the booking and they are refunding me INR 1680.00
Who's glitch is this? Why would i suffer, that was the only budget i was wondering or else i would have booked with any other airlines, as i am a frequent flyer with GoFirst i chose them. and this is what you people do.
I request you to pay my full refund please as soon as possible as i will have to book something else and yes ofcourse in a higher price.
