I have joined this college gsbt as assistant professor on 4.9.2017 to 26.2.2018, and the management threatened me to give resignation letter on 24.12.2017 due to my poor performance, as per appointment order 3 months notice period but the salary of february 2018 was not given by owner vishwanathan. He asked me to sign the letter to come and collect the cash in hand on 07.3.18, but today when i asked him he refused to pay the salary. Please take necessary action against these people. Note manhandling of employees and no casual leave, vacation leave are provided
