Gokaldas images — The behaviour of workers in gi employee sale (05/10/2015) is inhuman,rude, cultureless

Am regular customer of GI since many years have purchased lots because of the quality the Gokuldas is giving.
But today am totally upset the behavior of staff there which never expected in Gokuldas would hire such people.
Now the employee sale is happening though its meant for employees alone, 90% people purchasing during this sale is non-employees. And this always happen and most o[censored]s know along with one employee others joining him while purchase.
In the same way we had purchased quite good number of items but when checked at home most are size varying its not same as labeled.
So we requested the person in counter to exchange, to my shock he started speaking ill words and the other few workers who sit near the counter started chasing as if its freely they have given and speaking very cheap .
But later one of the person told they will exchange in the noon and asked to come in the noon.
We had some work so we went the next noon.
But we were made to wait outside for an hour and not allowed inside either and
the person who had asked to come in noon peeped from inside and let the security chase us!! disgusting!!
Is this the company culture?? The image we had for gokuldas is no more.. this is just because of the worker !
I understand there is no exchange always in the rules.. but am a regular customer and huge buying top of it the person who assured to exchange is behaving inhuman and workers standard is rude.specially the guy in the counter he speaks utter and behaves he owns Gokuldas.
Few years back when Mr.Mehmood was there he had a good connect with people visiting GI and may be he was also one reason for us to visit GI for the good hospitality the staff had.

BUt if this continues the count of customers fall is no doubt.
So kindly take action.
