Gold Souk Golf Link — Non refund of the deposit of Rs. 37 lacs paid in February 2013

I have invested for a 4 bedroom flat in Aerens Gold Souk Golf links Sector 17 Sohna, Gurgaon and have paid Rs. 37 lacs to the builder against the allottment letter of the flat. Possession was supposed to due in 2017 however till date no possession has been given nor do they have refunded my money.
