Rs 1000/- was deposited in golden forest (I) Ltd. vide A/C No 01/9/LSB540404 recipt No 97/204338 dated 29/12/1997.During filling up the claim form the system is not accepting claim due to mismatching the amount. The above amount of Rs 1000/- was deposited on the name of MSTR TOYEJ RAI S/O SH.DAYANAND RAI VILL BARAMADPUR PO JAIRAJPUR DIST AZAMGARH U.P.please check and register my complaint to rectify the mistake immediately for acceptance the claim.
