I have invested an amount Rs. 1, 00, 000/-(Rs. one lakhs only) on 24/9/1998 with account no. LSB653719 . The maturity value Rs 1, 17, 000/-(Rs. one lakhs seventeen thousands only) was due on 24/9/1999. I have already been forwarded my original certificate bearing machine no. 1005251 dated 10/10/1998 to Chairman Committee Golden Forest(India) Ltd. appointed by High court Chandigarh while RL no. 692 dated 10/10/2004.The maturity valve has not been paid to me so far.
