Since October 2016 Onwards the company started delaying the salary of its employees stating the cash fund flow crisis which continued till Jan 2017..After which as the employees when started demanded and started protesting for their rights, The MD of Golden Gate Mr Pratap Kunda [protected] issues post dated cheques to all employees against their 3 Months salary, The due date of the cheques was starting 21st march 2017 onwards, But all the cheques got bounced one after another (Photos of bounced cheques shared with you on whatsapp )

After the cheques got bounced, when the same employees stating protesting or calling the directors of the company Mr Krishnan No is [protected] and Mr Sanjay Raj No is [protected], who is ED & CEO of this group, There was no reply given by them stating its MD'd decision and call

Even after repeated followups and request there has been absolutely no signs of progress in this matter.

To add more to this condition, when we, the employees asked for their relieving letter with form 16 for TDS from the company, We got to know the fact the tax which has been deducted as Income tax from the employees salaries was never been paid to the IT dept. As confirmed by Mr Prasad Rao. No is [protected] who is a finance head of this group.

The same is the case with PF deduction as well..The employees UAN account shows nil balance, As the company has not deposited the PF deducted from the employees in there respective PF Account.

The HR Director Mr Prasad Pasam No [protected] when being approached to know about the salaries has been silent throughout.
