We strongly request you to stop contacting the above-mentioned mobile numbers with immediate effect. Failure to comply will leave us with no option but to raise a formal complaint with higher authorities and regulatory bodies against Star Health Insurance.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and serious, and confirm in writing that the necessary instructions have been issued to your concerned team.
