Golden Technologies — they are not lifting the calls. for support

Received the login details for copy pasting job. Its not getting logged in.. They have collected cod rs. 750/- while delivering the log in details and now when reaching the support # [protected] (Its switched off) & the email id provided is bouncing back - [protected]@copypastingjobs.in

Not sure whom to reach. Will they help or should we consider this as fraud???
