Golden Tree — not yet given the amount which was told by the company

I have paid total 13000 INR in partly to the company through PAYTM on 28th March, 2019. Till now I have not received the payment from the company and every time they ask me to pay extra money for various things as they have not mentioned about it before starting the work. And they telling me that company have blocked your money because you have to pay 5000 INR more for it. Every time they change the salary amount.
