I have booked the hotel golden tulip khajuraho for my wedding event for 15 nov 2021. Also given the 25000 INR as booking amount for which i am having the cash receipt from hotel manager Nav kumar Das. Due to some personal reason i haf yonplan my marriage on 18 july 21 and now i am in a situation where 15 nov event is not possible so i have informed the hotel and Sales manager. But he drnied to refund the money even there is 4 months left for nov. I requested to offer service in place of money i have given but no response. This seems to be fraudulent to a customer and doesn’t show such reputated hotel chain would do.
Please help me to raise my concern to concern desk and get my issue resolve.
