I had ordered 5 tops from goldenglitter.in after seeing the products listed on the website. 3 of the products were duplicate products and had different colors plus textures. The material was not similar to what was shown and the designs were also different. One of the tops was also torn on the side. So I basically was shown something else and provided with fake, duplicate, and torn-out cheap quality products. I went on to their website to check for contact details but they have not given any form of contact on their website. They have put a clickbait text " Please fill out a form below to contact us" but there is no form available. I tried to email them but to no avail. Please help me out. This website is selling fake products and moreover, I received damaged and duplicate goods.
I would like them to contact me and provide an explanation for delivering fake products + a refund for all the products. If they wish I can show them the photos. But these people have been so irresponsible. BAsically cheating people by taking their money and sending torn-out clothes.
