On August 8th I had given my Duster car for clutch set and flywheel replacement, after 10 days the workshop fellow returned the car by paying 50389 rupees but the clutch pedal was making wheezing sound where i doubted some leakage happening, then the mechanic said it will go off after 2-3 days o[censored]sage, but was not going off and in few days later the car got broke down in the middle of the heavy traffic road. then i called gomechanic and raised complaint and i called workshops fellow to come and pull the car to garage, instead of that they came and flushed out the air blocked in side the clutch cylinder and they said now issue resolved and will not happen again. Then again after two weeks same issue happened and got stuck in the middle of the road. I called both gomechanic and workshop fellow, they asked me to go to workshop by keep pressurising the pedal many times, so it took 2.5 hrs to travel a 3 kilometre distance to workshop by doing so.
On September 8 i given car to the shop for third time, till now, September 17th, both gomechanic and workshop fellow (GL Cars, Koramangala, near Soni signal Bangalore) didnt give any update after repeated follow up, Go mechanic simply raise escalated calls and close it without resolution, workshop fellow simply say some strange reason and telling it will be delivered by morning, evening, night etc.
Moreover, gomechanic cheated me showing very less amount of clutch set and fly wheel replacement (total of 25-28k) than my local workshop people quotation of 40-45k, hoping to save almost 20k I ended up paying more of 5-7k. I lost lots of money. After first time replacement GL Car shop fellow never aligned the wheels also, for that also i paid extra. Now i am going to consumer court to get my car back.
