They charged 24000 + 10000 insurance from Reliance General Insurance. All payments made to the QR code they share GOOD LUCK/Shivam Mishra. Copy attached herewith. They assured to deliver from 3 days to may 7 days. The delivery/packaging people, Manish contact number [protected] who came to our place.
They did the Packaging and loaded the Tempo vehicle MA47AS3983, photo attached, with total 23 items in which the main component were Fridge WHIRLPOOL REF IFPRO BM INV CNV 370 1, STEEL ONYX (3S)-Z (312). 1 Queens Bed Wooden, Metal Almirah. The height of Almirah large is same as the Fridge.
I have taken all the photos right from packing to moving it from lift to ground floor and loading along with the vehicle. Now after delivered in 5 days, all items have reached except for the main item that is Fridge. I kindly request to intervene and help us, to retrieve my main item that is fridge costing 40K.
We are continuously following up with them, 15 days passed, unless we ask they do not have any response and keep saying looking into it.
