Good Mineral RO, Bangalore — Not servicing kent water purifier even after multiple complaints

Hi,
I have taken an AMC from good mineral RO on 19/02/14 for my kent water purifier carrying AMC number 14611. The water purifier stopped working and the same was raised on 12th Aug 2014. The issue was resolved but the technician didn't fit it properly and water was not stopping even after the purifier gets filled. Complaint was again raised on 16th Aug 2014, technician from Good mineral came on the same day and told that he didn't have the part and will repair the same on 17th Aug. From 17th Aug we have been calling up Good Mineral every day morning and they are saying that they will send the technician but till now nothing has happened.
