Goodafford.com — non delivery and no response for the mails send regarding the product after debiting the money from account
Dear sir/madam,
I have ordered for 1 number of 2 in 1 micro usb and lightning sync and charging cable (Order no : 55119) with goodafford.com on 6th april, 2019. Till date, their website is showing "order #55119 was placed on april 6, 2019 and is currently awaiting shipment."
The company have not provided any helpline number to call and get the details. They have given only the e-mail address as [protected]@goodafford.com, i have sent several e-mail to the so called company to provide me an exact date of shipment of my product for whichni have received default email preset and there is no personal response from their end. Hence, i myself doubt that it looks like a online fraud company just by displaying the product and cheating people. Kindly ensure that they should refund my money or send the product. Please take an immediate action to avoid other customers get into their net.
