Parcel was booked on 9th may with shipment number[protected] from jorhat to bengaluru. Till today there is no track and people in the counters do not respond properly if queried. They have charged 2000/- for the parcel assuring that the same will reach in 2-3 days time. Please look into the case otherwise has to move to consumer forum for further complaint.
