I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent courier order with your company situated at bangalore location. Despite clearly communicating multiple times that the package needed to be shifted upstairs at the destination, I was charged an additional fee on delivery for this service.
This unexpected charge is not acceptable, as the requirement was explicitly discussed and agreed upon beforehand. To make matters worse, the person who initially took the request neither attended nor returned my calls when I tried to seek clarification.
Furthermore, the behavior of your staff at the destination was highly unprofessional and rude, leaving me extremely disappointed.
