Goodwill Finance Company — Fraud on pmegp

This is Eshwar From Hyderabad .I got a call from Goodwill finance saying they are providing the PMEGP and 35 percent subside at 4 percent rate of interest. they asked me first 2500rs and later 10, 000rs RTGS and 7700rs for Insurance. after all payments are done they aren't lifting any calls . i got cheated.
