Google Information Services India Private Limited — Google Violated Consumer Safety - Returned Fire Hazard Pixel Phone After Admitting Liability

Address: Google India
Website: Google LLC

Google admitted "battery issue caused display damage" and "it is not by you, " then demanded upfront payment for their admitted defect and showed complete disregard for National Consumer Helpline authority.

Case:[protected] | RMA: 88730672 | NCH: 7651039

OFFICIAL ADMISSIONS: 5 Aug 2025 support chat: "Battery issue caused display damage" & "it is not by you." Specialist Sankalp: "Battery and display will be replaced free of cost."

SAFETY BREACH & NCH DISREGARD: 15 Aug 2025 Field Service Report: "battery swells, liquid leakage, physical damage" + "screen display problem (bright pixel clusters)" – Action: Return Without Repair. Despite informing Google that I had filed NCH grievance 7651039 and requested halt of device return, they ignored this authority and sent back the hazardous device. 20 Aug 2025 Google claim: "battery was replaced and device returned without repair" (direct contradiction). 23 Aug 2025 device received still overheating – FIRE HAZARD.

CONSUMER PROTECTION IMPERATIVE: This case seeks to prevent Google from endangering other consumers through such negligent practices and ensure they respect regulatory authorities like NCH. Google's negligence could cause serious harm to others if not addressed immediately.

DEMANDS: A) Brand-new Google Pixel 10 replacement (preferably Pixel 10 Fold) – full warranty B) ₹300, 000 compensation for safety endangerment, breach of trust, mental harassment, NCH authority disregard C) Written safety certification and review of service processes to protect future consumers.
