Google Play App Cybs S Mumbai — POS/ECOM using Debit Card

I got a message from the indian bank
RS.100.00 Spent on POS/Ecom using IB debit card on 10/12/22 03:44 at GOOGLE PLAY APP CYBS S MUMBAI from AC:XXX966073 BALANCE XXXXX.00 CR - INDIAN BANK.

But I cant understand why deduct this amount without any submission of purchase.

Please help me how I refund this amount and stop this type of purchase without any permission.
