Googlepay — My money got deducted from my account but not credited to the recipient account

I have transacted money through googlepay on 5th september 2021. My money got deducted from my account but not credited to the recipient account. I raised a dispute with googlepay . They said that money will refund within 3 working days. Till now i didnt recieved the money . They are not giving any positive response. Please do necessary action regarding this
