Gopalakrishnan — No water supply

Please refer to my complaint (Posted)dated 19.04.2016 regarding no water supply to the area where i stay in neb sarai. I have a djb connection k. No. [protected]. Djb chairman claims that they have chalked out action plan during summer. But i am surprised there is no action or plan from djb side to mitigate the sufferings of the residents who are without water for the past one and half months. Last year djb laid a new pipe from indira enclave upto old st. Mary's school. However, no water is through from indira enclave upto the last point. On enquiry we were told by djb that some people in indira enclave did not allow the water connection. If it is so, is djb is succumbing to the pressure tactics of a handful of people? Lakhs of rupees, if not crores, were spent for laying the pipeline...! Is it not appropriate to conduct an enquiry to this work? I request djb to connect water supply to the pipeline to mitigate the sufferings of thousands of residents.
