Gopinathji Honda, Makarpura, Vadodara — cheating on us by making faulty promises

Dear sir,
This is (Xyz) from vadodara, i had booked honda city (Zx mt) diesel orchid white on saturday late evening at gopinathji showroom, vadodara.
All the details were completed and they took booking cheque from me and even loan procedure was completed.
And now on monday morning i called him and he (Mayank gandhi) did not responded my call and after some time he called me and told me that his concern person harish (Sales person) is coming to meet me to collect copy of document.
In evening he came with his team and is now telling me that we cannot give you the car as there is increase in cess, while at time of booking he told me that cess will increase from 1st september.
Due to this he told me to pay amount by 24th of this month and due to same reason i sold my car verna at loss of 40000rs, just because i had to pay down payment.

And even i inquired about the car price at other dealer in baroda (Aspen honda) and there they are ready to give car at same price if i m taking in august.

Sir i respect honda and due to this i m not taking any step and i have mailed directly to you.
I am valuable customer of hyundai but due to the name of company honda, i thought to go for honda car this time.
But only in a day they have done this to us, so now i request you to tel me what should i do or else sir i will surely go to public through news and will legally take some step.

Because they wasted my seven days and then i booked the car, even i am having sales contract (Every detail written on it) and i am telling you al the names of person who are involved in this
Mayank gandhi (Team leader)
Harish (Sales person)
Mihir bhatiya (Loan department person who took all the signs)
Harish tevar (Finance person)

And when i asked them to please give the car as on agreement they refused and they also told me that i can do whatever i want they don't care about it.
This rude behaviour with me is not expected when it comes to the name of honda.
