Gorakhpur Nagar Nigam — Contractor intentionally not working near my house

Jalkal contractor who has contract to rebuilt all road paches that they have made during laying of water supply pipes has intentionally not fill the pot holes infront of my house main gate. He fills all holes near my house but only left my house area.
