Gorakhpur Nagar Nigam — Non resolution of complaint registered vide docket number 3063

Dear concerned, this is to bring to your kind notice that my father mr. M k chatterjee holds a connection of water supply since last one year and the taxes are paid regularly. Since last one week we have not received water when checked it was found that the other household are receiving water but we are not, when complained on the helpline we received a docket number 30639 with a contact number [protected]. When we contacted the said person he very rudely replied that it is not his duty to check and we should get the job done by a local plumber. My question is without visiting the site how can he come to a conclusion, also if we require to get these jobs done through local vendor then why are we paying taxes?? On the other hand i would also request the govt to put all such jobs on contractual basis to local vendors so that we are also accustomed to such regulation, and the govt will also be relaxed from paying salaries to such so-called j e's (Govt officials). Lastly i humbly request to take an action on to my complaint otherwise i would be forced to move to further higher ups from the concerned.
