I have bought Blowhot Chimney from Gorani Industries Ltd., Indore in 2020 now after expiring of warranty there product goes off, when we called to Customer Care the executive visited my office and told that wiring has been cut so re-wiring charges will be Rs.400.00 and other service charges will be Rs.1200.00 and when I asked them to do only re-wiring they have denied to do the same, and when I escalated the Complaint to Service Head then again service engineer agreed to do the only re-wiring service but within mean time when I got out of site for few minutes, the service guy has told me that the PCB is also damaged (which earlier was not) and now the expenses will be Rs.5000.00.
When I called the company HO and again escalated the complaint they told me that you have to take PCB from only us and you have to pay Rs.5000.00 for the PCB which is available in market in 1200.00 Rs. this how they cheat the people.
