Goshoppo.in — mobile set not received

Dear sir,
I had order on line go shoppo one viggo xr mobile of rs 2999/- on 19/01/2019 and paid them full amount by on line payment. But till date i don, t receive the product, now neither they pick my phone and nor reply on my mails. It seems me this is a fraud on line shopping site. Please suggest me how can i take my refund.
The fully amount is paid.
