Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally request a refund and compensation concerning the services provided by Got Success Consultancy. I enrolled in the Yukon Nominee Program through your agency and paid ₹1.20 lakh (screenshot attached). Unfortunately, I have not received clear information about the progress of my application from one of your senior consultants, Neelam, who has also been unresponsive to my calls.
I am concerned about the legitimacy of this consultancy, as I have been waiting for over a year for my Canada job visa without any concrete updates. Despite Neelam’s assurances that the process is ongoing, I have not received any verifiable information.
In light of this, I request a full refund of the amount paid and compensation for the mental distress this situation has caused me.
