Government Hospital — The staff and the hospital not being responsible as they should be

The hospital or medical university of meerut ahead of shastri Nagar, meerut there staff are doing everything wrong there's no one to come and check up on the patients and also patients admitted to the hospitals are receiving the packaging from home that we r sending our one of the parcel is misplaced and still we didn't get it. When we ask for an answer they all were like they send it to the patient that's not true I would like to take a strict action against this Medical University, it will be a huge help.
