Government Of Andhra Pradesh Transport Department — LLR Payment amount deducted but page shows is loading

I was applying for LLR on AP RTA Website, the process went fine until payment success and amount got deducted. But I see that the web application failed to complete my LLR application process. So I lost my money but I could not complete LLR application.

Please help me refund my money back.
