sir,
what was the date of completion of construction of road & nahar covering work in haldwani. For such a small project costing about maximum 20 crores . Is there any time limit to complete this job & give a pollution free road from kathgodam to Mukhani chauraha.If there were no funds for such projects than in which manner this project is started which is creating problems to the residents of haldwani in place of pollution free green haldwani and sole the traffic problems. If there is a delay by contractor than what action is taken by department against contractor . After delay the project it is natural that the cost of project will be escalated. Who will be responsible for this financial loss.To delay the project, means to stop the other development programmes of government. With the difference of previous project cost and recent project cost, a same natured project can be worked out.So this is not development programme but total misuse of public money by both BJP govt. & now Congress Govt. The officers are not taking any interest in favour of public & the leaders are do not know that what are their responsbilities to public. This is very shameful when our guest visit from outside and look this road work as it was in 2009. Finally this is my kind request that please complete this project seriously as soon as possible. Pl. dont say any statement in daily news papers to give pain killers for public but take interest to finish this job now.
