This is Anshul and we have our Home at B-297, Moh Bhatan, Qazi Para road,Opp, Bhatan primary School, Bijnor. Since 2 days the electricity Line from pole to our home is broken and we are bound to live in dark.
My mother has reported several times to their complaint office at Town Hall Bijnor, but they are taking it so lightly that no one has taken pain to even address her problem.
If Electricity Board is serious on checking up any theft of electricity, increasing rates per unit, they should provide proper service as well to those using their services and paying them on time.
Besides, those retired or working in UPPCL, have 2 - 3 homes of their black money earning from department and have free Electricity connection running at their homes with all modern amenities. No senior management will be taking any actions on this because they are also involved in the same.
If any person is serious to take any actions kindly do investigate without leaking about your "raid info" in department.
Kindly help me on my matter as soon as possible.
