dear sir iam staying at kharar mohali punajb flat no 490 GBM apartments khanpur kharar. my meter was installed on 12/06/12 but till date i ahve not rcvd myeltricity bill. i hav visited kharar elctricity board office thrice but in vain. i could not get any response from officials. kindly send me updated bill as early possible. my mob no is [protected](anil kumar).

I want to complaint about a person who is stealing electricity from your board from last 1 year.her name is miss pyar kaur w/o sukhdev singh..house no.1507j/8 ranjit nagar new 786. Kharar...they steal electricity at night time.please take immediate action and stop them ASAP.
