Government — why stop bus facility from wai to kalyan

Today i went to wai bus depot for asking regervation for route wai to kalyan bus, but controller has confirmed the bus service has stop from mantralaya. Pls provide provide valid justification why they have stop the said route. This bus have daily cary 15 to 25 person, how we travel now. How about traveling when family members with us.
Pls start the bus. Same is convenient to mahabaleshwar visitor also to travel
