I purchased an extended warranty from GoWarranty for my TV, hoping for peace of mind in case of any issues. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing, and this company is nothing more than a scam.
1. Unresponsive Customer Support: My service request (SR 001896) has been ignored for weeks. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I’ve received no proper response or solution for my malfunctioning TV.
2. Fraudulent Practices: GoWarranty operates without any proper process for handling claims or fulfilling their warranty promises. It's clear that they are simply taking customers' money without any intention of providing the service they advertise.
