I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding an unresolved issue with my Daikin air conditioner, which has persisted for over five months now. Despite multiple emails and several technician visits to the site, the problem remains unresolved.
I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, raising tickets and following up diligently. However, the lack of resolution and continued inconvenience has left me extremely disappointed. This prolonged delay is unacceptable, especially from a brand known for its service standards.
If this issue is not resolved immediately and definitively, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer court or explore alternative means to seek redress.
Please treat this as a final reminder and take urgent action. I expect a senior technician or service manager to intervene and ensure the issue is resolved without further delay.
