Gownholic — wrong and cheap product delivered

I had ordered a floral gown but on delivery i recieved a saree which is of very cheap nd 3rd grade quality... I paid 854 rupees... On trying to get in touch with website there seem no response and not able to return the product... As i tried getting in touch with delivery people even they are just giving different numbers to get in touch and now when i browsed i realise everything is just a fake and bogus site who are cheating people... Shame on everyone who r involved in it... I just want my money back...

I did not receive my order correctly.
I ordered a dress but received a dupatta of cheap material.

I would like to know what is the problem of the website.

There are many reviews regarding wrong product delivery over gownholic.

Try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

It is not fare to provide a product that was not ordered.
