Gowtham Model School — code of conduct

Hello,

A complaint was filed yesterday with the headquarters of gowtham model school based out in west marredpally.

Details of concern: my brother's kids (4th, 5th & 7th standard) are studying in gms, bandlaguda. The retrenchment of principal has occured twice. Fees payment was pending for all the 3 kids for which my brother had personally visited & spoken to the principal and paid partial fees (Due to financial crunch) and informed that he would pay the remaining around by december 2nd week. While all this has been accepted by the principal, one teacher who is a long-timer in the school has been overriding the principals comments and behaving wierd and absurd with the parents & students simultaneously. Mr. Sandeep kumar, the pd master has ensured the kids missed their classes thrice in last 2 weeks and when my sil visited and spoke to the principal he specified that he has no issues but it is not in his control. When my brother spoke to the pd sir and told him that inspite committing the date why are the students put up out of class, he says, if you wish, take tc and move out your kids. The call center lady ms. Swathi has promised to take this to higher authorities and resolve the issue but looks like they are least bothered with the students or parents requests and are more concerned about the finances.
As a note, if the fees are not paid in full, the mgt., can penalise the kids/parents during final examination. But this seems to be a really misuse of the power.

It would be great if the complaint is taken into consideration and an action is rendered.

Education industry cannot be a money minting business. Ethics & empathy should stand above all.
