Gowtham Model School — Regarding the fees renewal

My Son is studying in GMS Vidya Nagar branch, Hyderabad. They increased a fees 9k this year. 4k-5k is ok but 9k in a year i dnt think this is fair. My brother signed the renewal form as he was not aware of the fees. But School PPL are saying that they can't do anything once it is done. They can't give the concession on this they are saying. I want them to take it as an exceptional case and give the concession on this. I tried to resolve this, but not getting the positive response.
