This so called movers and packers company is nothing short of a scam. They quoted me a reasonable price initially but once they had my luggage in their possession, they hiked up the price almost 3 times in the name of taxes and document charges with no justification. And it gets worse, when I refused to pay the unjustified extra amount and asked them to return the luggage. they demanded money just to return it. I even went to the police but as the amount was not too much according to them, they just asked me to pay and take my luggage. It was nothing but extortion.
Save yourself the trouble and go with a reputed company, it might take a little extra but at least you won't suffer like I did. Was this information helpful? |
