I have put on order for the lap top on dt[protected]. Also i had made payment rs.8600/- on dt.[protected], the same is show in my statement, which is attached herewith. I have not recd. Same lap top still date as per same order. Now i have not require same lap top. So pl. Give me a refund for same amount for rs.8600/- on immediately. If you are not give me a same refund with interest, within week, than i have two option
For the same. (1) cheating case under section 420 (2) consumer court. So pl. Take this matter sincerely & resolve
