Gradeup — Regarding refund of amount given for LIC AAO batch

I have purchased batch for LIC AAO. And on gradeup they are teaching banking related in Lic aao batch.I am not satisfied with content of that batch as the quality of content is very low. So I asked for refund of my amount.but they are just trying to convince me via call.They are ignoring this.Even I tried on their number but no one is replying reliable things to me. I just attended three days classes and on 4 th days called to refund it's been 5 days since they are trying to ignore this. I confirmed in live classes whether this is SBI PO batch they told it's banking batch.So I am complaining about gradeup worst teaching style and content. please refund my amount.
